Friday I went to Weight Watchers for my weekly weigh in. As I posted before, I just started Weight Watchers a week ago, so this was my second weigh in. The week before, my first week, I only lost 2 lbs, so I was a little discouraged, considering it was my first weigh in and I though I should have lost more. I mean, there is such a thing as water weight and I thought for sure, I had plenty of water in my body. Two pounds is good, but I wanted more, so I was a little discouraged.
Friday I stepped on the scale, knowing I did pretty well with eating properly for the whole week and I am very happy to report I lost another 3 lbs. That makes for a total of 5 lbs for 2 weeks. As I posted before I have 52lbs to lose, so I have a ways to go, but I am on my way and with God's help, I know I can do it. I want to be the Biggest Looser with my weight. I know it takes years off my life and I want to fix the problem I created. Please let me know if you have any battles with weight. It is always encouraging to speak with different people who are going thorough the same problems. Also check back Friday and see how much I lost!
