Well it' been a week since I started living a better lifestyle and watching what I eat and exercising. I am proud to say that I have lost 6lbs. I am off to a good start, although I do have a long way to go. I was very excited to see the 6 lbs go and will continue to stay on track. I can tell you I have felt much better this week than I have felt in a long time and I did not think that was possible. I thought being tired and trying to exercise would just make me more tired, but I am here to tell you that, I feel great. Exercising has done the opposite for me, it has given me more energy and eating right I am sure adds to the benefit of feeling great. So let's see how next week goes and all of you out there that are also trying to lose weight drop me a comment and let me know. I would love to hear from you.
